you can try and snag a reservation using DreamTable that’s how we got ours to Space 220

You could also try just going up to the bar for a drink - you may have to wait till a seat is open - but that is what I did.

Well, you don't necessarily need an ADR if you walk up and they have availability, though expect a wait. You are expected to be eating at the restaurant or lounge though to ride the elevator. While it is cool, it's not all that special to be worried about if yo don't want to dine there.
