Can someone please tell me this old Disney movie classic??!

OK can someone please help me figure out what this movie is it was on Disney Channel during halloween there was a haunted house with a black cut hand (I think) it would run around and freak the white girl out and then during some part in the movie they would start singing Bigfoot, 8 foot, 9 foot, 10 foot bumba bumba bumba!! Does anybody know what this movie is? Is use to come on with other movies like Don't look under the bed and Twitches and Hocus Pocus and moms got a date with a vampire. Please someone help me find out what this movie is.
