Can someone make my pants smaller?

If possible, I'd like htem about an inch high. You can tell me how to do it or just go ahead and do it...doesnt make any difference to me.

Saying an "inch" is sort of relative to your screen resolution.

Giving us a percentage or pixel height would be better.

It's 137 pixels high right now. How many pixels or what percentage would you like us to reduce it (eg. 80% smaller)?
