Can Someone Help Me

I recently signed up for an event in my community. I received a call from the red cross stating that the event had been filled. I keep trying to go into my account and delete the event I was signed up but it wont let me.

How do I go about doing this

is there a hands on network number that I can call to get assistance with this

I had to change events because the first one I signed up for was filled/delayed and I found another.

I went in to manage my account, and you "uncheck" the participants. I then signed up for the new event.

The original event still showed up on my account until the date that was entered, but it did not show any volunteers assigned to it. When the date passed it "disappeared" from my account.

Clarification - I went into "manage my account" - to the right it says "Go to Hands On" or something like that. If you click that link, it gives you an option to edit or cancel the service. When you click that THEN you go down to the participants and uncheck them.
