The site is not available in English and I'm not aware that you can order it on-line if not in France.

Here is another link, i think this details the latest passports rewards and offers from 1st April 2007-Nov 2007:

To translate, i highlight and copy the text i want to translate open google.co.uk on the right hand side is an option LANGUAGE TOOLS select this option, paste the copied text in the translate text box, then select translate french to english and click translate, on the right hand side appear the English rough translation.

I didn't translate it, but it didn't look like there was anything about hotel discount with an AP. It does still apply, I hope.

If yoou go to the bottom of the page, there is a weblink for each pass offering more info.
Or just click the image of each pass for more info, it mentions hotel discounts there i think.
