I have read several threads about the Mr. Potato Head box, and filling it up with parts for a cost. But to get the body at Walmart. I do not understand what you are talking about, can someone please explain it to me and the My Little Pony thing too? TIA.

I don't know about the My Little Pony thing but I do know about Mr. Potato Head! Basically there's a store in Downtown Disney called "Once Upon a Toy" where they have numerous Potato Head parts that are all Disney themed ie Mickey hands & feet, A teacup to use as feet and a Mad Hatter hat, Mickey glasses, Minnie accessories, etc. It's lots of fun to go there and fill up a box (that they provide) with all the different Disney parts that you can't get anywhere but at Disney World (and Disney Cali Adventure also has a store). You can fill up the box with as many pieces as will fit inside and the filled box costs about $18 (at least that is what it was when we filled one for ds).

You can get the Potato Head anywhere so don't buy it there...fill up the box with all the good stuff! And when you're filling it up, if a small piece will fit inside a bigger piece, that is ok. A CM showed me that trick! :)

hth!

Sam's Club in the Christmas toys has a pirate head with lots' of extra parts it was 19.99.

There's a store in Mickey's Toon Town (the building with a lot of characters for pics) that has a My Little Pony/Mr. Potato Head setup the same way as the Mr. Potato Head in DTD. You do the same thing. You get a box and fill it up with as much stuff as you can for one price. We did this last year and ended up with a ton of My Little Pony stuff that you can't get anywhere else. My daughter loved picking the things out and still plays with the stuff.

We were at disney a couple of weeks ago. The price is still $18. My DD3 loves her Mr. Potato Head and had a great time picking out new pieces. She got things like a goofy hat, Minnie bow, Mickey gloves, donald mouth. You can really fit alot of pieces into the box. We already had a Mr. Potato Head, so we did not buy the actually body there. They say that the box has to close, but it doesn't have to close well. Our box was stuffed and the top took some doing to make it look closed.
The My Little Pony accessories were also in Once Upon a Time but in a different section of the store. I saw the parts, but we were really only interested in the Mr. Potato Head parts.
