Can someone explain the 40% off email that a lot of people received today?

It specifically says Value Resorts. What about Deluxe Resorts? Club Level? Anyone know?

It also says to ask about rates at Moderates, Deluxes and Deluxe Villas when you call. I emailed my code to Carolyn at Dreams to see if it can be applied to our upcoming reservation at AKL, and am waiting to hear back from her. I'm hoping it will work, but again, not expecting it. From the looks of the dates they have listed in the email, our trip wouldn't be included...but there are so many exceptions and rules in the email that it is tough to sort it out.
