I'm not sure how to use this website. Do you simply pick a home you are interested and email owner? Do these have to be Sat to Sat rentals? Can they be for less than a week? Can you rent from mid-week to mid-week for example? Generally speaking, how much can I expect to pay for a 2 or 3 bedroom townhouse? Can anyone recommend a unit/owner that they are used in the past?

Thank you.

You can email the specific owner, do a targeted inquiry to all 3-bedroom, etc homeowners, or do a general inquiry which goes out to ALL owners (don't do this...well you can but you'll get a ton of mail back).

All of the homes are independently owned and operated. Some owners will do a Sat-Sat stay only, most will let you come and go on any dates you please, as long as it's open on their calendars, but if you stay less than a week you can expect to pay the cleaning fee. The rates vary from home-home depending on the size of the home and the quality of the amenities and furnishings, so it's hard to give you a general idea of price. It also depends on the time of season you're visiting as rates change dramatically around holiday seasons / periods, for instance.

There are 2/3 bedroom condos in Windsor Hills, 3 bed / 3 bath townhomes with splash pools, and 4/5/6 bedroom pool homes / villas in the resort, and of course an incredible pool clubhouse with pool, waterslide, hot tub, sundry shop. Also things like playground, tennis, volleyball, basketball, putting, a movie theater, game room, etc in the resort, all free for all guests to use.

I have not actually stayed in one of the condos at Windsor Hills, but I did do a general inquiry a few months back (we ended up going for Disney property). I literally got close to about 70-80 responses over the following week. The prices are absolutely very reasonable. The condos/t-homes are for the most part just absolutely gorgeous. If my memory serves me, you can get 2-3 bedrooms for well under 1,000 (depending on the time of yr). I priced them for June and July and I'm pretty sure there was plenty to choose from in this price range. I'd say it's defintiely worth looking into.

Hi, I sent you a PM about one townhouse that we stayed in and three more that we've heard good things about, right George. ;)

My mom rented a 2 bedroom condo there for next March for $700 for a week. PM me for the details if you like (although as she has not yet stayed there I cannot vouch for anything but how it looks on the web and how great the owner has been in communicating with us).
