Can snack credits be used at Food & Wine Festival?

Last year we were able to use our Dining Plan snack credits at the Food & Wine Festival. Does anyone know if we will be able to do that again this year? Thanks for your help!

I don't think anyone knows what's coming for this year... What kinds of things did you get with your snack credit at the Food & Wine Fest when you were there last year?

When I booked our trip last year, I asked the CM if I would be able to use the Snack Credits at the Food & Wine Festival. She said she didn't know, but felt it was safe to assume NOT. So when checking in we were given a special insert to the Food Plan brochure stating that snack credits could be used at the Food & Wine Festival, we were delighted.
They handled it similarly to Snack Carts. At each booth there were the "DDP" icons next to included food choices. I honestly don't remember any snack item which was not included - shrimp, lamb, etc, etc, The credits could only be used for food, not beverages.

Last year DW & I used all of our snack credits at the Food and Wine booths throughout Epcot. We were able to purchase any food item listed there were no exclusions at that time. Who knows what they have in store this year.

We'll be there when it opens at 11:00 am on 9/28. The plan is to eat lunch at the IFWF booths with a whole bunch of snack credits that we'll have saved up (that's the day before we leave). I'll try to remember to live-post.

You can go to Allears and see what was available last year. There is also a survey where people rated the various offerings.

According to Disney, there are 3 new booths (Peru, Dominican Republic, and Oklahoma) and the Florida booth is gone.
