Can paper tickets be transferred to room key??

We will be staying at the Wilderness Lodge May 13-20. We have a room only reservation this time and have purchased paper tickets. Will the resort be able to transfer these tickets to our room keys at check in, so we don't have to carry the paper tickets around? Thanks!
