Can others in your party book DAS return times for you as long as you're also getting on the ride?

Hello, we leave in just a couple days and my phone decided to start acting up and I'm not sure I'll be able to replace it before we leave. Can my party members book DAS return times for me if my phone dies and isn't working when we're at the parks?

As long as they are also linked to the DAS user on your My Disney Experience, they should be able to.
In the parks, DAS Return Times can also be booked by going to the attractions or by a CM at one of the blue Guest Experience umbrella - they should also be able to help you if other members of your party are having issues

Also if the issue appears to be related to your cell service and/or service provider, remember that you can simply use the complimentary Wi-Fi that blankets the entire Disney World Resort while you are there. You will have full use of the My Disney Experience app, as well as the internet in general.

If it is cell related, be sure to make sure that your SIM card is properly seated, and reboot your phone.

It never hurts to close ALL apps (including and especially social media) and reboot as well, regardless of the problem.

Also, try to make sure that all of your system updates have been applied.

Fingers crossed that your issue is easy to resolve.

My daughter was able to access the DAS selections for me on her phone when I was too anxious to deal with it all. I'm in her MDE account, as she is the one who books the trips now, so it's super easy for her.

Yes. My husband did all the DAS stuff during our trip and I’m the one with the DAS pass.

Yes. My daughter is the one with the DAS, but she physically cannot make the reservations for herself. Just make sure that the person making the DAS reservations is part of your DAS party.

I do not own a cell phone and have extreme difficulty with using touch screens due to peripheral neuropathy. My husband takes care of scheduling the DAS return times for us on his phone, as we are linked in the MDE app. You can also visit any of the 'Blue Umbrellas" inside of the park, or talk to the CMs posted at the entrances to attractions, and they can help you schedule a return time -- we use this option whenever we are having issues with the app.
