I have what is probably a really dumb question but with my family of 4, could the kids and I do the regular dining plan and my husband do deluxe? DH was thinking that once they give us the kttw card, that they just show the total number of table credits, counter service and snacks. He thought if one person upgraded, it would give us more table service so we could do some 2 credit places without having to pay for some meals oop. I don't think they will allow this but looking for some opinions. Thanks in advance!

all people booked in the same room must book the same package.

have you priced out what it would be to get the kids their own room..book your DH in that room and get him the delux dining..

or pay the difference out of pocket.

As the pp's have said, everyone in the room must be on the same package/dining plan. Even if your DH was in another room with the DlxDDP as the pp suggested, Disney does not allow sharing of credits with others not on that plan, so you would not be able to use credits from his deluxe plan to make up for extra credits needed for signature restaurants.

opps= i didnt see why the OP was asking for the delux dining.

if there are 4 people you would only be able to use 4 credits at a time,.
