that said - last I heard offsite guests had to (unless selected for a test) enter the park and could only use the kiosks (not smart phones/ devices) to make and change their FP+
Ah, that makes sense. I thought that perhaps when an offsite guest makes their FP choices (at the kiosk), then their choices would show up on their MDE account. But then I remembered that kiosk users can only take a picture of their selections (or email IIRC).
ETA: Looked it up on easywdw. Selections can show up on MDE...but for offsite guests they're view-only. No changing on MDE.
Can confirm. We were there last week as off site guests. Had to make FP+ reservations at the kiosk, but they showed up as "read only" on the MDE app (along with ADRs). We had to make changes at the kiosks.
