Can not find car rental company

Hi

We are arriving on the 25th of August into MCO and had planned on taking a mears shuttle to HRH Universal, we are here for 3 nights and then go to Beach Club WDW, we wanted to hire a car at the end of our universal stay for our transfer to disney and for the duration we are in disney, then leave it at the car care centre and take the DME back to the airport ( WE need the car at disney as we are doing seaworld and a day at discovery cove, and shopping!)

The problem is i can not seem to find a rental company that serves both locations, Hertz are in Hard rock but do not drop off at disney and Alamo dont rent from Universal! We did not want to rent from airport as we wont use the car for the 4 days we are in universal and the cost of mears one way is OK as we wont be paying $14 a day parking!

Can anyone help?

The problem is i can not seem to find a rental company that serves both locations, Hertz are in Hard rock but do not drop off at disney and Alamo dont rent from Universal!

While not at the CCC, there are several Hertz offices in the Disney area, such as at the Bonnet Creek Hilton.

The closest Alamo to Universal appears to be at the Four Points Sheraton, which is about a half-mile from CityWalk (further from HRH), so in theory it is walkable. I also assume that it has a shuttle to Universal, but I'm not familiar with it.

PP is right, there are other locations for dropping off a Hertz car. They have a counter at Shades of Green and pick-up/return services to places within 15 minutes from Hilton Bonnet Creek and Caribe Royale Hotel.

For Alamo, they do have a shuttle that will pick you up from HRH then drop it of at CCC.

Thank you for your help everyone, i am not sure if i have understood you correctly, do you mean if we book with Alamo, they will send a shuttle for us to take us to their nearest car rental pick up? That would be excellent

Yes, they will send their shuttle. I'm sure most, if not all, rental cars have their free shuttle pick up and drop off but it will depend on the location.

For example, I have initially booked with Alamo for one way rental from RPR to Tampa, and they sent an email that I only have to call their counter at Four Points Sheraton to pick me up. But I cancelled that ressie, and made one with Hertz, and they say they have pick up services too from HRH. Hope this helps
