Can my 11yos order of the children's menu on Thanksgiving?

DH & I and 3 kids (13,11,11) are going to WDW for Thankgiving week. I plan on getting the DDP for everyone. Other than the character meals and HDDR, I was planning on having the 11yos order off the children's menu and paying OOP.

HOWEVER, I was looking at the 2005 Thanksgiving Day offerings and ALL the restaurants listed say children ages 3-9. I was thinking of making ADR at WCC for that evening, but I can't see spending $27 EACH for the 2 11yos who will only eat from 1/2 the menu.

Since it is an "all you care to enjoy" dinner will they still be billed adults or can I request a "child's portion?"

They will be billed as adults.
Any buffet or all you can eat will not let them order as a child. Some ala carte might let them order kids meals.

That is what I thought. Looks like I'll have to pick a different restaurant.
