There used to be a Junior Chef program sponsored by Nestle at the Land where kids would make a batch of chocolate chip cookies. However, I know most of the Land has been closed (Ice Cream Social) for the Soarin' attraction. Anyone have any info on this?

TIA,

DD did this during the food and wine festival a few years ago. Don't know if it was offered at other times as well. If this is when it's offered, the Land pavillion will re-open in plenty of time. Don't really have any specific details, but I guess I'd check links to the food and wine festival as a possible source of information. ::MinnieMo

My DD did it every trip up to when they closed the land.i sure hopeit comes back as part of the new version.

How do you schedule that
It's first come, first served. If it survived the food court remodel (anyone know for sure?), there will be a sign in front of the Nestle Toll House "building" listing Jr. Chef times. Get there about 5 minutes before the posted time, and when the two CMs come out, start herding your child(ren) in that direction.

We last did it in August. I hope it remains; DD absoutely loves it!

Thanks for the replies; I'm going to try to get in the Soarin' preview, so will check it out. I thought there was something like this at the Grand Floridian, also, but am not sure.
