Staying at a Disney Springs hotel and want to avoid TTC if possible when going to MK. Would I be able to walk from Disney Springs at 6:30 am to SSR to catch the bus to Magic Kingdom or are you denied entry? Anyone recently do this? Any info would be appreciated. Also, since crowds are heavy, have they started running Disney buses from TTC to MK early in the AM?

You can. We didn't do it to the parks, but we did do it on the way back in the evening. We stayed at the hilton (palace one). The shuttles in the am got us there in plenty of time for early entry, so no need to walk over there. We just took the path to the main road and cut across there to the sidewalk to the hotel. If you take the "official" walkway, its a bit longer and out of the way.

Is the official walkway the run that runs through Disney Springs? Is there a path that runs off the sidewalk into the resort? Thanks so much!

The official walkway leads thru DS yes. So we walked up the parking lot to the sidewalk at the main road which leads one way to the pedestrian bridge, but just jaywalked across the road there. It is a 4 lane road so it can be busy and I wouldn't do it with strollers or slow kids. Once you've crossed the road, you are on the path from DS to SSR. The closest trail is the one that reads closed after dark. We walked it at midnight or later both nights lol. It was fine.

When you took the bus for SSR was there a long wait with big groups of people?
