Can I use Visa Reward Dollars to buy Cirque tix?

I have almost 300 Disney Reward Dollars from the Disney Visa and I was hoping to use them to buy my Cirque tickets. I'm prpbably going to call tomorow, but I thought I'd ask here, since I'm here already!
Can anyone help me?

I don't know if you can buy Cirque tickets with your Visa Reward $$. But if you are staying at a WDW hotel couldn't you bill the Cirque tickets to the room and then put the Reward $$ on your room bill?
