Can I use the Fitness Center at a different resort?

hello
We are staying at BLT and the fitness center at the Swan and Dolphin has a machine I want to use. Does anyone have experience using another resorts gym? I called the hotel directly and the answer without hesitation was yes - We do not require key entry to our facility. Seemed too easy and because I will be taking Uber/Lyft to get there I don’t want to be turned away.
TIA

The Swolphin gym had keyed entry when I was there in September, so IDK who you talked to. :confused3

You can always ask for a Manager, explain what you would like to do, and see if they are willing to work something out for you-doesn't hurt to ask.:)

Book at night at the Swan or Dolphin and you should have no problem for the day of and checkout day.

As PP mentioned, Swan/Dolphin are not WDW resorts and would not have reciprocity of facilities like some WDW resorts do in terms of gyms, pools, etc.

The official policy on the website is as follows and, keep in mind, use of the gym at these resorts is included in the guest resort fee when staying at the resort:

The Dolphin health club is staffed daily from 6:00 am - 9:00 pm and is open 24 hours a day for guest use. Access is available using your guest room key. The Swan health club is also open 24 hours a day for guest use and is accessible using your guest room key.

IMHO, your best bet is to e-mail the resort and try to get an answer in writing. Perhaps they have a day fee.

Schlepping all the way to a different resort just to use their workout room seems like a real pain.
These are the serious fitness enthusiasts. My hubby does the same. Every time we go to Disney, or anywhere, I have to make sure the hotel has a decent fitness center for him (equipped with hand weights, bars, blah blah blah...). He wakes up at 7 A.M. and works out for at least two hours then meets us in the park around 11. In the late afternoon, while we're all taking a nice nap, he would go for a swim or a jog. And don't get me started on the powders, vitamins, and the blender that he schlepped around.

LOL!!! We just returned from WDW and traveled with our own fitness enthusiast. She was up before dawn to use the little fitness center at our resort. It did not really fit her needs, so she also ran at that ungodly hour! I did enjoy a benefit to her routine though, she had coffee ready for me when I would get up.

I did feel badly that our resort fitness center was inadequate, however not enough to spend the extra to book one of the resorts that had a wonderful one.

She did not drag her blender though, I don't think it would have gotten through customs in her carry on bag! LOL!

Would that machine be a Peloton?
