Can I use pictures from photopoint in my signature?

I signed up for photopoint hoping to get a picture of my dd up under my signature, but I get a X. Does photopoint allow that.

Is there another site that would allow me to hold my dd pictures. I tried to create a web page here on the DIS but it was a little to complicated for the time I could spend on it.

I wanted to picture to be on all my post, is that called a signature?

Any help for anyone would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
