I'm flying to Paris for the Disneyland Paris half in September. I am looking at flights and I will probably arrive in Paris at around 8am. I have a hotel room booked at the Sequoia Lodge for the weekend that includes park tickets. My question is can I pick up my ticket and check into the hotel early and have them hold my luggage before my room is ready? Can I use the ticket that day or do I have to wait until the next day? THANKS!!!!

Yes you can :goodvibes You can check in early, leave your luggage and enjoy the day in the parks. The ticket will be valid for the full day you're checking out too. :thumbsup2

All hotels have luggage store. All hotel and park ticket packages include tickets for arrival day AND departure day, therefore a one night stay in Sequoia will have park tickets for 2 full days.

If you arrive and check in before 10 am you will get access to EMH on your arrival day as well as your departure day.

Just something to remember though, Charles de Gaulle is about 40 to 60 minutes from Disney depending on traffic. Magic shuttle first bus leaves Charles de Gaulle at 9.30am

Doesn't the TGV train get you to CDG in like 10 minutes from the station?

Yes but with the TGV you have to take the following into consideration

1. Price of TGV tickets, depending on when you buy, they can cost alot more than Magic Shuttle
2. Time of trains. There are only a limited amount of TGV trains which go direct from the airport to Disney
3. If you buy a ticket in advance for TGV and miss the train, you have to pay for another ticket. Not a good option when flights get delayed, transfer time from arrival terminal to train station may be longer than expected etc etc
4. When you arrive at Disney you then have to either walk or get a shuttle bus to your hotel

where as with Magic Shuttle, if you buy an advance ticket and miss the bus, you can just get the next one and dont have to buy another ticket
Magic Shuttle brings you direct to the door of your hotel and collects you from the door of your hotel
Magic Shuttle buses leave the airport about 3 times per hour all day

Im sure I read something here recently saying that you can't buy tickets for TGV in advance now for such a short journey - you can only get them when you get to the station or on the train.

Your other option is to get a private shuttle which will meet you at the terminal you land at and take you direct to your hotel. Depending how many are in your party it can sometimes work out cheaper than the Magic Shuttle

Anyone know how much the magic shuttle is these days? We have always used a private (or shared, but not shared!) transfer as there are usually at least 4 of us. I just wondered how the cost compares these days.

Just bought it the other day, it was 20 Euros (or $23 USD).

Thank you for that ashley0139. That's interesting. For us the maths just doesn't stack up as it's 52 euros for a shared private shuttle or 65 euros for completely private for 4 of us. Even a shared for two people is only 37 euros and it's door to door service. A one person shuttle (shared) is 28 euros which is when you start to see value with the magic shuttle.
