Can I use my KTW card for food purchase

I am wondering if I can use my KTW card (room & ticket card that I attached
a credit card to) for counter service/snack purchases as we are not using a
dining plan? I just dont want to carry both my KTW card, credit card and cash if I dont have to.

yes, i did this exactly last year. i just left my wallet in the hotel room safe. it was super easy to just take my key to the world card. i even used it to tip at table service meals. i'm not sure if things like ice cream carts take credit cards.... i'm 99% sure they do so i'd think a key to the world card would work there too!

If the various food stands across the park accept the DDP then you will be able to use your KTTW card to charge it, however if they don't accept credit cards then you can only pay cash. However at all the other restaurants and counter services you won't have any problems paying with your KTTW card.

Yes you can, however you can not use it in the stores not owned by WDW located in Downtown Disney West Side. I believe that same rule applies to the non WDW owned stores in Downtown Disney Marketpace, along with their $10 and under store.
