I'm on hold with AAA right now actually on a different matter . . . yesterday I had called them to add names to a room-only reservation for a different trip, and somehow along the line it turns out the room got canceled! There's no availability at that hotel, so I can't just rebook with Disney (which is what I'd like to do). I've been talking this morning to a reservation agent at the central number, plus the Boston branch manager, and right now the Boston branch manager is calling Disney to see if the situation can be resolved.
The reservation agent I'm on the phone with right now says it's entirely wrong that nobody could help me with ME, that in fact since I'm their customer the other agents should have called ME for me.
