Can I use Disney Savings Account to pay WDW race travel provider?

I am going to use travel provider who is authorized Disney Travel Agent for 2016 WDW Marathon race, 2 night hotel stay is required, I know I can pay Disney vacation using DVA, but can I use DVA to pay travel provider as well? I asked the agent but he has no idea about DVA, has anyone done this before? could you please help? thank you!

Ask your travel agent if you can use a Disney gift card. The answer will apply to DVA,too.

Thank you, supersnoop, I asked my travel agent and he said they cannot accept Disney gift card because race bibs belong to another company, so I guess I will just use my Disney Visa. Thanks again!
