Can I use Disney gift/rewards card at T-Rex cafe?

Good morning - I tried searching for this but didn't come up with an answer.

I have the Disney Visa and have rewards built up that I can use. Can I use that card at the T-Rex Cafe in Downtown Disney?

I would say no.....T-Rex is owned by Landry's not Disney.

...but you can charge your meal at T-Rex on your Disney Park Pass/Room Key. We did it two weeks ago. If you are staying on-site, just have your Disney Rewards (from your Disney Visa) credited to your resort account. We did it and it worked great.

I called T-Rex last night and was told that they DO accept the Disney Rewards Card.
