Do I have to use a Credit card for on board purchases or can I bring Cash and have it applied to my account on board the Dream?

Yes when you check in online you will select cash instead of a credit card. Onboard you will visit Guest Services and bring your cash

You can also select a credit card during check-in and then stop by Guest Services to put cash (or gift cards) on your account.
