can i upgrade 10day myw to AP w/DVC discount?

When we stayed at WDW last Aug the 3 of us each bought a 10day nonexp hopper MYW ticket. I would like to upgrade mine to an AP. Can this be done and have the DVC discount applied? How would I do it? How much more?
If not, how much is an AP w/DVC discount? how do I get that?

If you have the no expiration option, then you cannot upgrade to an AP. You can get the DVC AP by calling MS and/or wait until you are in WDW and go to any Guest Relations with your blue card. The discount is $100 off the regular price. For a complete price list, check allearsnet.com
