Can I take off days when booked with FD?

Hi there

Can anyone confirm that if I book a 7 day package with free dining, it will be ok to take off a couple of days nearer the time if I have to (it would be before the 45 day cut off mark)?

We are only getting 1 day tickets so it will only affect the accommodation.

People have reported doing this in the past.

Ask your CM at time of booking to be sure.

Yes, you can definitely do that. It would be a problem to add days w/free dining after it's sold out, but you can always take off days.

I'm sure though if you went less than minum nights (I think 3 in this case) it would void the FD.

While I was booking I thought I'd just call back in a few weeks and drop the last night. Now I'm not so sure the system will allow me to do that.

It took so long to get what I wanted, now I'm afraid to call back and mess with the reservation.

That is exactly my situation, there is no availability at the BC for our dates 26/8 - 31/8 but there is availability from 26/8-2/9, at the moment we have a room only res as I really want the Beach Club but if I could book the available dates and then take off the last 2 days in a few days, then that would be great. I wanted to do it online rather than by phone but if I have to I will call and ask.

Be careful!!!

We had POP from 8/26-8/31. Then DH said see if you can extend it until 9/2. Well of course I couldn't. Then I found out about length of stay effecting availibility. So I called back an booked 8/26-9/5 thinking I'd call back and cancel a few days... well when I told DH the plan he said... "Let just stay until the 5th"

So be careful!!!
