Can I switch French Fries for Onion Rings at Beaches & Cream?

At Beaches & Cream are you allowed to switch French Fries for Onion Rings when ordering a Cheeseburger? If so is there no charge for doing that or is there a minor charge, because I remember seeing that Onion Rings cost $5.99 and I guess it's because you can order them on the side.

2 yrs ago I was able to. We were on DDP so I'm not sure if there was an upcharge.

Yes, you can sub your fries/fruit for onion rings, its a couple dollar up-charge (it was either 1.99 or 2.99, I can't remember).

In January, I believe it was $.99 or $1.99 to substitute the rings for the fries.

If there is like, 4 or more wanting rings, I would just buy the platter of rings, because you get a TON, and then you can still get fries or fruit with your meal.
