Can I send a email to Poly Manager?

Stayed last August and we were given a room too far from the main pool. My 75 year old Mom will be coming this time to celebrate her b-day. Would like to email and let them know I would like to be closer to everything...I also don't like walking around at night by myself to get a dole whip! Let me know what you think? What is the email address? THanks

You can call and put a request in your reservation. Keep in mind they will not guarantee requests.

Since I have mobility issues with my DH when ever I make a reservation I just say a room centrally located due to mobility issues and have never had a problem and this is all done through the AAA agent.

The best thing to do is to call back the reservation line and have them add the request to the reservation. The Polynesian won't even see your reservation until a few days before you arrive.

If you only have one request in your reservation, you are almost certain to get it. However, I would also contact the resort directly and speak to someone about how this is more than a simple request. Back in 2000 we stayed at CBR with my in laws. My MIL was sick at the time and we were given a room right next to Port Royale as we requested (for medical reasons). I'm sure the Poly will accomodate you for that reason. It's not like you're asking for this just because you want a better view, etc..
