Can I return/exchange an item purchased @ disneystore.com @ the parks or DTD???

Hi all,
I asked this question on the community board a week ago and didn't get a response.

Does anyone know the answer to this question??

I purchased an item (wind breaker) on-line @ disneystore.com and it is a little too big. I will be in Disney in 2 weeks. Can I return/exchange it there?? At the parks?? My hotel?? someplace in DTD??

**forgot to add that this is a Disney Parks Authenthic item**, so they do sell it at DW.

This would save me money on paying postage to ship it back and to get a new one. I don't have the original bag that it came in, but the price tag is still on it and I do have the disneystore.com receipt.

Even though it is park merchandise, it was purchased through the store and should be returned that way.

Thanks, I knew that I heard you could return the items purchsed online at the store, but I wasn't sure about in the parks/DTD. Guess I will pack it up and mail it back this week.

I would take it and your receipt to WDW. When you find the product in the correct size, ask the manager if they can exchange it. If they say they can't accept the disneystore.com receipt, ask if they can no-receipt exchange it.

If all else fails, you can exchange it by mail once you get home (or you can pack a box and mail it back directly from your hotel).
