Is it possible to request a NON connecting room for AS Movies? We'll be there in Dec and dont really want to have a door in my room that connects to the room next to mine

If it helps any, we'll be in one of the Preferred buildings

You can always request and if that is your only request changes are you will get it.

This is something that we always request. We usually always have the request granted and sometimes when it hasn't been, we've called the front desk to have our room changed and they've done it without any problems.
