Can I request an electric mixer at SSR?

I read somewhere that I can request an electric mixer at some of the DVC resorts. Is this true? If so, are they available at SSR? We've been DVC members for several years and I don't remember this. Also, what other items (besides extras of items already in the room) can be requested that I may not have thought of?

I've heard of blenders, but not mixers. I wouldn't count on it.

Are you planning to bake a cake or something? You could purchase a hand held mixer mechanical mixer...they work, and wouldn't take up much room if tossed in your luggage.

Also, what other items (besides extras of items already in the room) can be requested that I may not have thought of? Keep in mind that you will get charged extra if you request extra items like Tide, shampoo/soaps, and towels. You can request add'l diswasher soap and tp if needed, but usually they stock enough in the room to last your stay, or at least until T&T.

first trip as dvc members-am I right in assuming that the one bedrooms have silverware-plates, etc
