Can I request a meet and greet?

My dad is going to be turning 70 and his favorite character is Sorcerer Mickey. Does anyone know where I would write to in order to ask someone this? Would it be customer relations? If so what's their email address?

Unfortunately you cannot request a private meet-and-greet and it looks like Sorcerer Mickey's only meet-and-greet location (in MGM) may be on its way out the door. Instead, for a private meet and greet, I'd suggest obtaining a Disney Visa card so that you can go to the Innoventions West area in Epcot from the hours of 1pm-4pm for a one-on-one with a random character or two. USUALLY it's Mickey but it can be anyone.

Do you have to request some kind of 'ticket' in advance to go to the one-on-one character greeting, or do you just present your Disney Visa at the entrance?
