Can I purchase a birthday badge at DTD?

My daughter will be turning 14 on our first day at WDW.We will be checking into our resort and going to DTD for the evening,can I buy one for her there or are they only sold in the parks? TIA
 
The buttons are free, at the parks and at DTD. I hope your daughter has a wonderful birthday at WDW!
