Can I post a rental in more than one place?

We've got it listed on one site, but I was just wondering if it's possible to post it on more than one site. Would rather use a company as we've never rented before so want the security of going through a company.

The document that I signed last year with a broker stated I agreed to not list anywhere else,

However, how enforceable that is is unknown as one can cancel the contract at any time.
