Can I pick up someone else's AP at Guest Services? (along with mine)

We are leaving on Sunday (woo!) for our first trip as DVC owners. We purchased AP tickets with the DVC discount so I need to get those sorted out before we head into the parks.

Is it possible for me to get my AP along with my husband's and son's on my own or do they need to be with me? I think we will probably try to get a TIW card as well so I think I need to be at Guest Services instead of the regular ticket window.

Thanks!

A picture ID is required for the AP as well as you DVC card. I don't think you can pick up another's.

Any Guest Relations locations at WDW can issue your APs and sell the TiW card.

Officially, all persons (regardless of age) are supposed to be present when the APs are issued. All adults (ages 18+) need to show a photo id and the member needs to show their DVC Member card.

I have been allowed to pick up my 18+ year old son's AP before. I had his old AP and his ID just in case.

I was able to pick up my husband's annual pass with a picture of his drivers license. He just texted me a picture of his license while I waited in line. I'm not sure if you are technically allowed to do this, or if it was an exception by a CM, but the CM is the one who suggested having my husband text a picture of his driver's license.
