If they let you through, there won't be a parking charge. That's only assessed for overnight guests.

Which is why they may or may not decide to let you in.

Every time we've parked at the Riviera, they've always checked for our dining reservation or hotel reservation. I doubt they'll let someone park there to get counter service.

You could park at HS (free if you’re staying onsite) and then take the Skyliner to Riviera.

We are not staying onsite. We are thinking maybe busing it over from DS tomorrow.
