Can I make my ADRs if we booked our trip through TA?

And what information do I need to have?? Thanks!! My TA was supposed to be back in the office yesterday afternoon...after multiple emails and calls, I still have not received any response from her!!

Yes. If your trip with (all days) be less than 180 days or less from calling, you can just call without any other info from the TA.
If your first part of the onsite stay is 180 days or less from calling, but some of the vacation will be after 180 days from now, you need your confirmation number for your ressie (only people staying onsite can get the +10 part of the 180 days +10).
You may already have the confirmation number on your paperwork from when you booked your vacation (we did!)

Thank you! Thank you! LOL I have been so stressed over this whole ADR situation as it is...but then with my TA AWOL, the stress level has gone through the roof! We are staying at AKL in March, so we are onsite and within the 180 days. Thanks for you help! Now if only I can get through!
