Can I make DME reservations for all members of my party

There are 14 of us going to WDW in Dec. 4 familes flying in on Continental and 2 flying in on Southwest. 1 family is staying with friends so will not be using DME but the rest of us are.

Can I make everyone's reservation if I have their airline information and hotel reservations? It would be easier if I could just handle everything myself for them as none have ever stayed on property before.

You sure can make just one ressie.... . I am handling a family (10 people) outing, and used memeber services to make the ME reservations. It takes awhile with them on the phone, but it went smoothly. Good Luck!

Yep, just get all the names, flight times, flight numbers and airlines straight. I had to do this for our upcoming trip which involves 6 people on 3 different flights and I thought that got confusing...14 people, wow! The CM I talked to on the phone was very helpful and knew just how to deal with multiple reservations.

I did this also, but just as a heads up, the Magical Express packets all went to whatever address is on the Hotel Reservation. Which makes sense since it will be those people using it, but just to let you know.
