Can I make an ADR for more people than I have on my Dining Plan?

We are going to Disney in November for 10 nights. My cousin and her son may come and visit with us for a couple of days. We will be staying at the BLT and will be on the Dining Plan. We will be making our ADRs 180 days prior to our arrival. I don't want to go to dinner without including my cousin and son, but can I make our ADRs for 5 instead of 3 for those couple of nights? Since she will not be a register guest at a Disney hotel, I think she needs to wait until closer to the date to make her own ADRs. What are the chances she will get a reservation at the same places (at in demand places such as CRT) and can sit with us?

Thanks!

You can make reservations for any number of people you wish. It does not have to be the same as your resort reservation so make it for the maximum number of people who will be at the restaurant. When you are seated, your server will ask if anyone is on the dining plan so just let him/her know who will be using the dining plan and who will be paying out of pocket.
