If all goes well, I will finally finish and graduate from C25K this week. However, I'm set to start my training for the ToT 10-miler next week. Since the training for the ToT is based on intervals and much shorter durations of running, I'm worried that I'll lose my ability to maintain my endurance to do the longer runs of 30-45 minutes. Anyone have any advice on this?
