Can I eat at Cape May and then......

Simple answer is yes.

If you plan on using Epcot as a transfer point to other transportation, just know that you will need to enter the park at the International Gateway then walk to the front, so you will need a ticket.

Yep. Disney transport is available to everyone eating or staying at WDW.

I am not sure that is officially true. Not saying you can't do it, but I think you get a 3 hour parking pass. Many people try to do this at the monorail resorts, then ride the monorail to MK, and that leaves little parking for those staying at the resorts.

I think if you want to be safe, you should valet park, which will not have a time limit. If you have the DDE card, you get free valet parking when dining at the resort, just remember to tip.

You're going to get there and find it is such a short walk, you don't need to use the boat. But you can use it if you want to.

You might want to walk, we love Cape May for breakfast and dinner but tend to get too full :lmao:

If we walk over to Epcot it helps us work it off!

When we have eaten at AKL for dinner, they have given us a 3 hour pass. When we have gone to BC at dinnertime and told the guard we were there for dinner, they did NOT give a 3 hour pass, and then we walked to the International Gateway. You do not need a ADR number or anything. However, we have not done this for breakfast, so I don't know if you do get a 3 hour pass earlier in the day. Another option would be parking at the Boardwalk.
