Totally NSBR (non scrapbook related), but I am in the process of painting several rooms. First is the kitchen... second is my scraproom (which is actually the dining room... it was not used so I took it!!) Anyway, in here (my scraproom), I'm painting it Deep Garnet. I'm going to print out several black & whites pictures I've taken... frame them in black frames with white mats. The ones I have printed so far are of the kids at the beach and then a view of the beach from the hospitality building at Vero.
Soooo... then I started thinking what would I do with the kitchen walls? I had a whole bunch of froo froo knick knacky stuff that I just don't want any more. So I thought I could do the b&w thing in there, too... but with a food theme!! Like maybe a picture of the kitchen sink from beaches and cream... the kids eating one of those mickey ice creams... maybe an empty Chef Mickeys and Cape May. What do you think? Am I taking the B&W thing too far??? To do it in both rooms? (Cuz I also want to do the B&W in my bedroom, too... LOL)
