I was just reviewing the Know Before You Go DCL site and it now seems to say Safe Passage isn't accessible until 15 days before your cruise's departure. This is a change from the previous 30 day check-in, right? It seemed relevant to the discussion on this board.

It’s always been 15 days. The safe passage process is completely separate from DCL’s online check in.
