We will be staying at AOA. My brother and his 6 year old twins will arrive from a different city 2 1/2 hours after my plane arrives. The reservation is in my name. Will I be allowed to check in and get all out room keys, etc. without them being there? Thank you!

If he needs to add a credit card to his KTTW card, he can always go back up to the desk when he arrives with his card.

The new computer system now allows multiple credit cards on one room.

1) In most circumstances, yes.

2) If during Free Dining, their keys usually will not have dining.
3) The Front Desk, in most cases, wants to see real people for Free Dining.
4) In the past, there were phantom people top get extra dining.
