Can I check in for all of our rooms?

I'm hoping maybe someone can help me with something...

I have four ASMo rooms reserved under my name and paid for through my credit card (everyone is paying me for the trip). Will I be able to check in for all four rooms on the ressie without having the rest of the party there? I will be arriving earlier than everyone else and I want to insure a better chance at getting our preferences. Plus, I would like to put arrival gifts in each of the rooms.

Anyone know?

I ahve done something similar with a room for my family. I booked everything and then they just found me when they arrived.

It can save them time and make their vacation even more special.

Yes, of course. You've paid for the rooms so by law you are responsible for everything.

I did that too. I like to be in charge of everything! planning, dining checking in etc.

I was just about to ask this same question for the same reasons! It's amazing to me how many times I come here to ask a question and find it has just been asked. What a wonderful source of information!!!!!!

I stayed at POFQ with 3 friends in February, we were staying in 2 rooms. The person I was staying with arrived the earliest, she came off the DVC member cruise. Both rooms were reserved by a TDS cm friend in the second room, but she put all our names on the reservation. My friend coming off the cruise was able to check-in both rooms early, get all the keys, get the parking permit and moved her luggage into the room. So when the rest of us arrived, she just handed out the keys.
