Can I change my resort online without losing my theme park reservations?

I have a resort package booked for a stay in the next two weeks. I have all my dining reservations, theme park days, etc. booked and ready to go. The resort I really want just became available online - if I modify the resort portion of my trip (same dates, just different resort), will I keep my theme park reservations? I asked in the online chat box at the WDW website and they recommended I call ... I was trying to avoid calling, but will if I have to.

Yes, I have done this and the APRs and ADRs all remained.
