Can I change my Hoop-de-doo reservation to another day?

I've just found out I'm double booked I've booked a family portrait for the same time as Hoop-de-doo. I know I can't change the family portrait, so I'm hoping to be able to move HDD. Can this be done?

I wouldn't see a reason why you wouldn't be able to, unless there is no availability for HDDR at any other time during your stay.

Be aware that seating at Hoop is assigned by when you reserve. So changing to another day (which I'm guessing is basically like a cancellation and rebooking even if they don't have to refund the money to do it) will change your seating priority within your Tier.

Do I have to call to do it? I can't seem to find the option online.

Online the only thing you can do is make a new reservation if there is availability and then cancel your current reservation. You will have to pre-pay for the new res because there is no way to transfer the money from the old reservation to a new one.

You can call the dining line and while it would be a new reservation if there is availability, the CM might be able to credit the amount you already paid, but it would depend on how much pixie dust the CM can sprinkle. However, as vicki_c mentioned, it will affect your place in the seating assignment queue.
