Can I buy the DDP staying at the Swan or Dolphin

Looked for over an hour here and there cannot find that simple question answered...please help! can I or can't I

Unfortunately, you cannot.

DDP is only available to those staying at a Disney resort (Swan and Dolphin are not Disney resorts) using a room plus tickets package, and to DVC members staying at DVC resorts on points. There isn't any other way to sign up.

Further more you must be staying at a Disney resort ON a Package plan that includes at least a 1 day base ticket for each person in the room.
